We are committed to providing transparent and competitive pricing for our estate sale services. We do not charge any upfront fees, hidden costs, or out-of-pocket expenses. Our commission structure is straightforward and among the lowest in the industry:

35% commission on all items sold
15% commission on vehicles

Things We Offer:

• We offer an optional clean-out service at the conclusion of the sale. This service includes the removal of all unsold items from the property, leaving it ready for sale, renovation, or move-in. Clean-out’s are deducted from the proceeds of the sale OR if you would just like a Clean Out we offer a $0 OUT OF POCKET and can be paid once escrow closes on the property with no extra fee’s added. $1,500+

• We also offer a “Deep Clean” service where we can get the house in shape and ready for showings (Which can also be paid when escrow closes). $325+

• To ensure the safety and security of your property throughout the estate sale process, we have an optional comprehensive security system with cameras and door/window sensors. This system can be installed at the beginning of the sale and remains in place until the end. $149 Flat Rate

Timeline:

• The entire estate sale process, from start to finish, including the clean-out service, typically takes 7-14 days to complete. The clean-out service itself usually takes 4-8 hours.

• With a team of 4 experienced managers and 22 dedicated staff members, we are fully equipped to handle estate sales of any size and complexity. We can accommodate your schedule and start the sale whenever you are ready.

Transparency:
